Nnalolile Withdrawal from Tsavo Lifestyle Due to Unresolved Issues
Nairobi, Kenya – I, Victoria Musebe, am issuing this statement to formally announce Nnalolile’s withdrawal from Tsavo Lifestyle following my recent experiences. This decision has been prompted by a series of unresolved issues that have significantly affected my living experience and overall well-being.
Since our move to Tsavo Lifestyle on 15th June 2024, we was initially drawn to the promise of a modern and secure living environment with convenient amenities. Unfortunately, my experience has been overshadowed by several challenges, including:
1. Lack of Automated Receipts and Invoices:
Despite assurances regarding automated billing systems, I did not receive receipts or invoices for my rent payments, leading to confusion about my financial obligations.
2. Unlawful Eviction:
In January, I experienced an unlawful eviction that resulted in the confiscation of my personal belongings. This distressing incident has caused lasting emotional trauma.
3. Inadequate Management Response:
My attempts to address these issues with the property management team were met with indifference. Despite raising my concerns multiple times, my requests for resolution were largely ignored.
4. Inappropriate Behavior by Management:
As a friendly individual, I believe my demeanor may have been misinterpreted by a member of the management team. Following an inappropriate encounter, I felt compelled to establish boundaries. Unfortunately, this led to further complications, including what I suspect may have been a breach of my unit’s security and dissemination of false information to others involved in my case.
5. Failure of Communication Automation:
The management’s system, which was supposed to automate communication, failed to do so effectively. Despite their acknowledgment that the errors were on their side, it felt as though I was being targeted as a resident rather than supported as a tenant.
6. Private Apology and Misrepresentation:
While I appreciate the private apology received via Instagram regarding technical shortcomings on their part, the management’s response did not adequately address the severity of my situation, including claims of theft and unauthorized access to my unit.
Having previously relocated from Tsavo Laisehill to Tsavo Stepup, I am now convinced that the experiences shared online by others reflect a broader pattern of issues. Consequently, Nnalolile can no longer endorse Tsavo Lifestyle and Tsavo property and sincerely apologize to friends and family for previously suggesting it as a suitable place to stay while in Nairobi.
We want to clarify that Nnalolile is not accountable for any accusations made by others; experiences are personal, and Ms. Victoria’s experiences have been overwhelmingly negative.
While we have received advice regarding potential legal action, I have chosen not to pursue this route based on my personal convictions and religious beliefs. This decision is not rooted in fear or skepticism towards the legal system but is a reflection of my values.
Despite these challenges, We are grateful that our unfortunate experience at Tsavo Lifestyle ultimately led me to find a better place that meets my needs and expectations. This serves as a reminder that even in difficult situations, there can be positive outcomes.
While we are highly advised to seek legal assistance on this matter, it goes against the Codes and conducts of our Berean Community, God did provide.
Also, we wish to emphasize that we do not wish to engage in further discussions regarding this matter.
However, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the wonderful neighbors I met during my time at Tsavo Lifestyle. The friendships I built helped make my experience more bearable despite the challenges with management. This situation reminds me of J.G. Ballard’s The High-Rise, which explores the complexities of urban living and human relationships within high-rise buildings.
For any further inquiries or discussions regarding this matter, please feel free to request to speak to our Nnalolile Legal Assistants.
Thank you for your cooperation.
WE LOOK. WE LISTEN. WE LEARN.
