If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regrettably cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be unused and in the same condition as received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must provide proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with Kenyan consumer protection regulations and health standards, the following items cannot be returned:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods including food items, fresh flowers, newspapers, and magazines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary goods for health and hygiene reasons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Digital products including downloadable software, e-books, and digital content after download<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards and mobile money vouchers (M-Pesa, Airtel Money vouchers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened health and personal care items including cosmetics and supplements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-made or personalized items created specifically for you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books or printed materials showing obvious signs of use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened media items (CDs, DVDs, software, video games) with broken seals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned after 30 days from delivery date<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To initiate a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact us at <strong><em>refunds@atotoatori.co.ke<\/em><\/strong>  or any other business contact received during your shopping experience within 30 days of receiving your item.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide your order number and reason for return<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wait for return authorization and instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Do not send items back to the manufacturer or online store for virtual shopping experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ship items to our designated address that we will provide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect your returned item:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will send you an email notification confirming receipt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit will be applied to your original payment method (M-Pesa, bank card, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have not received your refund after the specified period:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your M-Pesa messages or bank account statement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your bank or mobile money provider, as processing may take additional time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the refund is still not reflected, contact us at <em><strong>shop@atotoatori.co.ke<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sale items and promotional purchases may only be eligible for store credit unless the item is defective. Please review specific sale terms at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We replace items only if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item.
